Lomi Lomi
Ancient Hawaiian long flowing technique involving powerful strokes down the length of the body. Designed to rejuvenate mind, body, and spirit by removing energy blockages and opening energy pathways within the body. More specifically, it improves circulation and immune response, increases range of motion and flexibility, improves posture, quickens healing, slows heart rate, and lowers blood pressure.

Designed to relax muscles by applying pressure to them against deeper muscles and bones and rubbing in the same direction as the flow of blood returning to the heart. Techniques include long strokes, kneading, friction, tapping, percussion, vibration, effleurage, and shaking motions. The main goal is to help increase the flow of oxygen in the blood and release toxins from the muscles.

Using side-lying position, relieves most aches and pains common with pregnant women.
Benefits include an increase in blood and lymph circulation, which can reduce swelling, stress reduction on weight-bearing joints, and improvement of labor outcome and easing of labor pain.

Deep Tissue
Uses slower movement and increased pressure focused on the deeper layers of muscle in the body. The result is loosening of chronic holding patterns and tense/contracted muscles. It is great for pain relief, quick recovery from overexertion, and rehab of an injury (no longer in acute stage).

Either before or after a workout or sporting event, it will prevent soreness and injury, increase range of motion, decrease recovery time, improve circulation and energy production, increase muscle flexibility, and prime the mind and muscles for peak performance.

Massage Cupping
Specially designed cups create suction and negative pressure to release rigid soft tissue, drain excess fluids and toxins, loosen adhesions, lift connective tissue, and bring blood flow to stagnant skin and muscles. It very effective for releasing tight spots and softening tissue.

Foot, Hand, and Ear Reflexology
The art of stimulating the reflex points on your feet, hands, and/or ears to return them to their normal relaxed state. Doing all 3 in one session in an integrated fashion provides additional benefits. The client is typically fully clothed.

CranioSacral Therapy
A gentle hands-on therapy focused on the brain and spinal cord. The objective is to relieve the symptoms of stress or tension. The client is typically fully clothed.

Ida Rolf Method of Structural Integration (“Rolfing”)
Through physical manipulation of the tissue and retraining of active and passive moment, the objective is to improve the alignment and movement of the body, particularly as it relates to gravity.

Other available services include Reiki and Lymphatic Gua Sha
