Lomi Lomi

Designed to rejuvenate mind, body, and spirit by removing energy blockages and opening energy pathways within the body. More specifically, it improves circulation and immune response, increases range of motion and flexibility, improves posture, quickens healing, slows heart rate, and lowers blood pressure.
Swedish
Designed to relax muscles by applying pressure to them against deeper muscles and bones and rubbing in the same direction as the flow of blood returning to the heart. Techniques include long strokes, kneading, friction, tapping, percussion, vibration, effleurage, and shaking motions. The main goal is to help increase the flow of oxygen in the blood and release toxins from the muscles.
