Luau at The Wailea Beach Marriott

The luau is accessible via the walkway that runs along the beach and that connects to many other resorts and lodgings in Wailea, such as the Grand Wailea and Four Season resorts which are less than a 5 minute walk away. Some Wailea resorts also have shuttle service, such as the Fairmont and Hotel Wailea.

Self parking is available at the hotel and is free. Valet parking is also available for a fee.

It is a 10-20 minute walk from the parking and resort lobby to the luau location near the beach. If you require assistance due to mobility challenges, please make a note with your booking and stop by the bell desk at the lobby upon arrival for complimentary transport service.

Advance booking is required, and this luau can sell out. After completing your booking here, you will get an email with all the confirmation details, and you can just check in under your name (no printed tickets or vouchers required). 

Although you have guaranteed tickets and are guaranteed to sit together, the luau does not assign specific table numbers until a day or two prior to the luau based on when it was booked and also taking into account all party sizes on that specific date. You will receive a text message at that time with the table # and a more precise check-in time (in order to avoid congestion at check-in).

Currently there can be up to 10 people max per table. If your party is greater than 10, please either 1) book each table separately and answer the checkout question about Associated Bookings so they are near each other, or 2) submit one booking but make a note exactly how you want to be split up.

If you are less than 10 people but prefer to book/pay separately, please make sure you answer the question at checkout so you are still seated together.

• If you've checked the booking calendar above and don't see any availability for the only dates you can do (note: luau normally doesn't operate on Sundays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays), if you are a party of 4+, please contact us, as there may be some flexibility. For all other parties, please submit our waitlist form, or check out our Kaanapali luau in West Maui.

On December 31, 2024 there will be a special late night luau (9 pm - 12:30 am) to celebrate the transition to 2025. Beyond the cultural activities, Hawaiian feast (with upgraded menu -- see last year's here, served buffet style), open bar, and performances, the fire-knife climax will coincide with the fireworks display right off the adjacent Wailea Beach for a memorable setting to usher in the new year! This special late night event that is expected to sell out early is $21 more per adult and $11 more per child in preferred (or $96 more per child in standard), and it is recommended to book early. An early evening luau (at the normal price) may also be added on this date.

The luau company (Tihati Productions) is owned and operated by a local family since its founding 50 years ago.
