Overview

On this 5 hour deluxe cruise aboard the Hula Kai, visit two unique snorkel destinations, only accessible by boat, while enjoying a half day out on the water in style and comfort. In addition to snorkeling and swimming in the warm waters off the Kona Coast, you can try out standup paddleboarding, Sea Rockets (extra cost), or just enjoy the views from the comfortable full seats with head and arm rests as the 55’ catamaran travels 17 miles down the coast. You will also experience a historical journey from the birthplace of a Hawaiian King to the place of death of the great Circumnavigator Captain James Cook while listening to fascinating stories. A delicious continental breakfast and fresh BBQ lunch will be served, and a cash bar available.

Note: This cruise typically goes to the more remote and less crowded Pali Kaholo and Red Hill spots for snorkeling, but occasionally it goes to Kealakekua Bay if the conditions are too rough at those spots, which is more likely to be the case in the winter. If snorkeling at Kealakekua Bay is your goal, you should consider our Fair Wind II cruise.
