When should I book?

When spots fill up depends on the activity and the time of year. While you can attempt booking last minute, we recommend booking as early as possible, at least 1-2 weeks beforehand for some activities, in order to ensure you get your top choice for time and date. We've worked hard to handpick the best activities, and we'd hate for you to miss out on them!

Our best price guarantee protects you in the unlikely case you find a better price, and our cancellation policy (usually free cancellations or changes up to 24-48 hours prior to activity) means you can change your mind in the future.

Are there any fees?

No! There are no fees for taking advantage of our in-depth activity information, our meticulous curation, our convenient online booking, and our generous rewards program. Beware that other websites, even some tour operators with online booking on their own website, include hidden fees at checkout, which they sometimes lump with taxes. These can be up to 10%. Not only do we not do this, but we give you up to 15% back in the form of rewards.

How does the Best Price Guarantee work?

If you find a better published rate for the same activity and time anywhere else, let us know and we'll match it if you haven't yet booked or refund the difference if you have. You must contact us before you have completed the activity. Temporary coupons and promotions that apply to everything sold by another seller or that have restrictions do not count. The final price (inclusive of any taxes and fees) will be the point of comparison. In order to afford to give you a lower price through price matching, any reward points for that booking will be forfeited.

Once I complete checkout, is my activity booked?

We work closely with our activity partners to only sell spots that are expected to be available. However, in rare cases, the exact time or date may no longer be available for your party size, in which case we will provide you with another available time/date for your consideration or cancel your booking if you'd prefer. For bookings within 48 hours of the activity date, your booking will be expedited for confirmation.

How does payment work?

In order to secure your spots, you will need to provide a credit card during online checkout, and an "authorization" (i.e. pending charge) for the full amount will be made on it. During checkout, there is a question for you to decide what happens next. Your options are:

  1. Release the Charge
    If you choose this option, the pending charge will be cancelled and disappear within about 7 days (note: if the activity is within 7 days, the charge will not be released). We will then recharge your card on file within a week of the activity date. Please make sure your card on file is active and has enough available credit at that time.
  2. Capture the Charge
    If you choose this option, the pending charge will be finalized within a week once your booking is officially confirmed. However, in the event all or part of the charge is refunded for any reason, the 2.9% in credit card fees that are not returned to us will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Can I then just show up?

Once you receive our e-mail confirmation with activity details, you can then just show up and check in under your booking name. You may be asked to show an ID.

How do I change or cancel a booking?

The cancellation policy varies by activity, but cancellations are typically allowed up to 24-48 hours prior to activity time. Please see the Terms on the activity page for the specific cancellation policy. Cancellations can be made by contacting us. Change requests must be made prior to the cancellation cut-off and are subject to availability. If it is after the cancellation period, you should contact the activity provider directly for cancellations or changes, and it is at their discretion to accommodate your request.

If I cancel a booking, what happens to my rewards?

If you cancel a booking and you have not yet selected rewards, your earned points for that booking will simply be removed from your account. However, if you have already redeemed your points, you can either not use the reward voucher or, if you use it, you will be charged for the value of the voucher with your credit card on file.

Can I split a booking across multiple credit cards?

The best way to do this is to checkout separately for each credit card. As an example, if you have a party of 4 but want to split on 2 different credit cards, you would first add a booking for 2 to your cart and checkout. Once that booking is submitted, you can proceed to add another booking for 2 to your cart. Simply change the Traveler Details, credit card info, and anything else as needed. Note that the booking will be under the Traveler Details name at check-in. Alternatively, if someone else will be making the second booking, they can simply visit the webpage and make the booking on their own. In either case, for small group tours, it may be helpful to make a note at checkout indicating the separate bookings are the same party to ensure everyone is placed on the same tour van.

Especially for last-minute bookings when availability is limited, you may want to book for the entire party at once to ensure everyone gets a spot and just make a note at checkout that you would like to split among multiple credit cards. While your credit card will be used to hold the spots (in compliance with the cancellation policy), others can contact us to provide their credit card info and we will split the charge accordingly.

Do you have Kama'aina or other discounts?

Although we do have some upfront discounts for specific activities and a generous rewards program where you get 10-15% back with each booking, we do not have Kama'aina, military, senior, or other similar discounts at this time.

What currency are the prices in?
